The Nights Program is currently looking for Full Time and Relief Child and Youth Care Counsellors.

Male candidates may be given preference. This awake overnight position will be responsible for the Night Counsellor duties in the program. Each program has 2 staff working at all times and 2 Security Officers are always available as back up.

The Program:

Radisson Group Home is a community-based, seven bed group care setting for youth who are experiencing family or placement breakdown, behavioural and emotional problems, or possibly neglect or abuse. Our goal is to flexibly assist youth to attain safety, wellness and permanent family and community placement by providing safety, skills training and support. The program aims to help youth internalize their learning to achieve more independence and control in their lives, and integrate back into the community.

TCBC and Group Homes - Relief Child and Youth Care Counsellors

We are hiring Relief Child and Youth Care Counsellors for our Therapeutic Campus-Based Care (TCBC) programs and group homes. 

Reporting to the Program Coordinator, the Child and Youth Care Counsellor is a member of the interdisciplinary team which assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the treatment program(s) for our children and youth. The Relief Counsellor participates fully in all facets of program life with the youth and is responsible for their daily care, treatment, nurturance, supervision, and health.
