Join us for this free wills and estates planning seminar on October 26, 2019. 

Having a well-advised and current will is important for everyone. This seminar will help you understand the reasons why a will is important, what happens if you don’t have a will, and the legal issues that affect wills and estates. We will look at the complex world of an estate plan including the choices you can make involving executors, beneficiaries and trusts as well as an outline of the tax issues associated with an estate.

Craig Tervit, Estate Lawyer with The Last Word, will cover all the essentials about sound planning to ensure your wishes are fulfilled and you optimize what you do with your estate.

John Tobin, tax partner with KPMG, will outline the tax issues relating to estates and provide suggestions to minimize taxes.
