Hiring Criteria
The Human Resources Department screens all resumes for suitability and fit with Hull Child and Family Services’ employment requirements prior to hiring.
Employment standards are industry based and as such we recommend that you prepare and bring as many of the following documents as possible to your interview:
- A current resume and cover letter
- A current Criminal Record Check (no older than 6 months)
- A current Intervention Record Check (formally Child Welfare Check, no older than 6 months)
- A current drivers abstract
- 3 work related reference contacts
If you do not have all of these documents for your interview, you will still be considered for hiring however, this process will be delayed until all of the above documents are received.
