Diversity at Hull is part of our continuum of services from an internal perspective. As our kids, youth, adults and families come from diverse backgrounds so do our staff.
The Diversity Committee is an open forum for all staff willing to explore the many facets of diversity within our Agency.
We provide resources, advice, policies and advocacy to staff ensuring that all initiatives within Hull respect and embrace diversity.
The Diversity Committee is comprised of many staff from a variety of programs and departments.
Issues pertaining to diversity are discussed in a group environment and information is related back to the respective programs and departments.
Participation is open to all staff members and we encourage creative, flexible and forward thinking to allow ideas to achieve optimum results.
